Q: Are your gemstones certified?
A: Yes. Many of our high-value gemstones come with international certificates such as GIA, Tokyo Gem Lab, AIGS, GLC or AGL. If certification is not listed, you can request one before purchase.

Q: Are your photos edited? Will the gemstone look the same in real life?
A: We avoid heavy editing. Most of our gemstone photos are taken in natural light. You can also request videos or real-hand photos to see the stone in action.

Q: Where do your gemstones come from?
A: We source directly from trusted Thai and international suppliers. Our unheated green sapphires are often from Thailand mines—a world-renowned gemstone hub.

Q: How do I find my ring size?
A: You may check your ring size in the nearest jewelry store from you to get the best fitting. If you're unsure, we recommend choosing a slightly smaller size as resizing is possible.

Q: What if the ring doesn’t fit?
A: We offer one free resizing within 30 days after purchase (if the design allows). Shipping fees may apply depending on your location.

A: Yes, we ship worldwide via reputable courier. All shipments come with tracking and insurance.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: For ready-to-ship items: Thailand: 1–3 business days, International: 7–14 business days. Custom pieces may take 2–4 weeks to complete before shipping.
